Incepted in the year 1996, S I Inter Pack is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of seat trims & assembly including ornamental pieces for cars such as Maruti & Reion of ICML and buses. We also offer car accessories such as Head Rest and Stay Rods. Further, we also meet the requirements of our clients for Polythene Bags, Polythene Film Rolls for Packaging, Polythene Seat Covers, Shrink Wrap Packaging Films, Polythene Car Seat Covers and Stretch Wrap Packaging Films. These are manufactured suing quality material such as L D plastic granules, plastic ornamental pieces, plain vinyl, dotted vinyl, leather, jacquard fabric, plastic eyelet and teflon strip.
We had started the manufacturing process using one Sealing Cutting machine and one Extruder with the capacity of 20 to 25 Kg/Hr in June 1996. But now, we have two Sealing Cutting machine and three Extruders having the capacity of 120 to 140 Kg/Hr. Today, our manufacturing unit has the installed capacity of producing 9, 00,000 sets per annum which is operational, we produce more than 75,000 sets per month. This helps us in completing the bulk orders of our clients within the stipulated time frame. We are continuously progressing under the able guidance of our Founder and Mentor, Mr. Ajit Khullar. His expertise and experience in this industry has helped us in carving a niche for ourselves in the domain. Our effective market strategy has assisted us in catering to the needs of our customers based all over India. We are the only supplier to TATA NANO Car trims.

Manufacturing Unit
We have a technologically advanced manufacturing unit that enables us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients, within the stipulated timeframe. We started a manufacturing unit in Gurgaon in April 2005 with only one model (800 CC) and a production capacity of 50 sets per day. Over the years we have started manufacturing 1100 sets per day for OMNI, STD, SX4, WAGON-R, ZEN & VERSA of MARUTI & REINO of ICML. Spread over a vast area, our unit today has installed capacity of 9, 00,000 car sets per annum which is operational, we produce more than 75,000 car sets per month. Our unit is equipped with all the latest hi-tech machines for manufacturing of quality seat trims & assembly including ornamental pieces for cars and buses. Few of the machines and instruments that we have installed in the unit are as follows:

These machines are upgraded time to time to ascertain their high efficiency. Apart from these, we have imported a Quilting Machine and JUKI Documented Sewing Machine of side Air Bag Seams with Electronic Thread Tension. Further, a Gerber CNC Cutting Machine is under installation in our unit.
With these machines and equipment, we also have an in-house design unit for better designing and development. Moreover, following are the details of the production capacity of our unit:
- TATA Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd.: Manufacturing units at PUNE & RUDRAPUR and supplying around 800+ & 600+ sets per day respectively
- We are single source supplier to TATA NANO Car trims
- Lear Seating Corporation: Manufacturing unit at NASHIK and supplying around 300 sets per day for Mahindra
- Manufacturing about 1200 Kg per day for different grade of P E Films
- Started manufacturing ornamental pieces for Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R & Alto door trims in Jun, 02
- Manufacturing Head Rest Stay for MARUTI SUZUKI and produce about 1200 pieces per 8 hour day in Nov. 03 Gurgaon unit
