This machine is used for filling powders into any type of preformed rigid or flexible container, like plastic or glass jar, metal caddy, or preformed poly-pouch or textile bag.

Our auger dosers are custom-made in-house in our factory in Shantou, China, and brought to India for installation on these machines. Since each doser is built according to the needs of the customer, we offer high-accuracy and an easy to use electronic interface. The doser uses a hi-tech stepper motor to control the dosing screw and a servo motor to operate the scraping paddle in the barrel. All contact parts are executed in stainless steel aisi 304 or 316, as required by our customer.

The machine is provided with dual controls – foot operated as well as auto start-stop operation, with operator controlled delay timer. The operator has to bring each container manually to the filling spout, and remove the same after fill. The machine automatically measures the product and delivers into the container from the feed hopper. There is a sensor at the filling station to avoid auger operation without the presence of the filling container.

This sealer is composed of a frame, on/off switch, speed regulator, cooling fan, electronic temperature controller, drive & adjustable conveyor and sealing & embossing printing wheel. The Teflon sealing bands, drive belts and conveyor belt are controlled by one motor. When the on/off switch is turned on, the temperature controller begins heating the sealing blocks. The temperature setting and the speed setting will depend on the type and thickness of material being sealed. The bag will pass through the sealing blocks, cooling blocks and embossing wheel before being dropped out the end sealed.

Empty Tea bags can be provided for use with our SIKRI Filler Sealer machine or for manual filling and sealing using a spoon and a flat iron.

These tea bags come sealed in three sides and open on the fourth side so that they can be filled and sealed by the Filler Sealer. The tea bags are conveniently packed in 20’s in a single packet and fifty such packets are packed in one poly bag making it 1000. Fifty poly bags of 1000 are packed in one shipping carton. (20×50×50 =50,000 in one shipping carton).

Separate reels are required for the front and the back, so it is possible to have 2 different designs for each side of the tag. The standard tag size is 28 mm width x 24 mm length. The print is continuous.

Tea bag thread is special 100% cotton thread without any chemical treatment, and capable of withstanding the heat and pressure of the sealing jaws of the tea bag machines. The thread comes in caddies of 4,000 to 4,250 metres each.

The machine 0520 YD 18 is a unique bag-in-bag machine for tea bag production.
