This material provides outstanding insulation in areas that require no electrical or thermal degradation despite high voltages and intense heat.
It is made up of layers of muscovite(M) or phologophite (P) micapaper and impregnated with the highest quality silicone resin binders. This Insulation sheet is normally used for operating temperatures upto 500 deg.C. exceeds 500 deg. C for intermittent periods .

Application parameters such as support or clamping and the rate of increase / decrease in temperature may have a significant impact on continuous operating temperature.

Machining

The Insulation Sheet is easily machined with carbide drills, end mills, cutting saws, and cutting tools to create complex profiles for various profiles for various industrial applications.

Availability

The Insulation sheets are available upto the thickness of 100 mm.
The Insulation tubes are also available in various diameters from 8 mm to 200 mm.

Press platen insulation in heated hydraulic presses.
It prevents heat transfer in forging presses.
Electrode arm supports in heating electrodes in DC & AC arc furnaces.

Insulation Material

Thermal Insulation Material

We offer wide range of thermal insulation material such as parts made up of Mica with silicon binders. It is made of layer of muscovite (M) mica paper & impregnated the highest quality silicone resin binders, used for operating temperatures upto 500 degree celcius exceeds 500 degree celcius for intermitted periods.
