The application method of these lubricants is given below:
Prior to applying MAC-444NPB, surfaces should be completely cleaned and dried, and also traces of previous release agents should also be removed. For this purpose, McLube Mold Cleaner can be used. The MAC-444NPB supplied by us should be used as it is and should not be diluted. As the MAC-444NPB offered by us is a dispersion of solid particles, therefore, it should be shaken well before its use and at times while it is being used. This mold release agent can be applied onto the surface in several ways such as spraying, wiping, brushing or dipping. The first coat should be thin and even, and after the solvent is evaporated, a second coat should be applied, especially when applying it as a start-up coat on a clean surface.
For the initial few cycles, a single coat of MAC-444NPB is suggested and once the mold is conditioned, it might be possible to complete several cycles with a single application, depending on the type of material being released.

Prior to using the product, it is recommended to review the Material Safety Data Sheet. Although the active ingredient in the mold release agent is non-toxic in nature, however, if heated above 550° F, it may transform into substances that are may be potentially harmful. A very important aspect is that while using MAC-444NPB, smoking should be prohibited and also contamination of tobacco should also be avoided. Furthermore, it is suggested to wear safety glasses and gloves while applying the product.
