Simplicity high rise conveyors have well and truly modernised high angle conveying in the Indian steel and mining industry. It is also called pocket belt or side wall belt conveyors; With this equipment it is possible to elevate bulk material through inclinations upto 90 degrees. High rise conveyors are available in various profiles as illustrated below and results are an exceedingly simple system suitable for horizontal and vertical conveying in single flight.

The high rise conveyors have very low maintenance costs and can be fitted in cramped spaces. These conveyors are ideal for inplant conveying and elevating.

Simplicity pipe conveyor is an eco friendly and energy efficient method of mechanical conveying of bulk materials. The Simplicity pipe belt conveyor can take curves in the horizontal and vertical planes.

When compared to conventional belt conveyor system we find that a single pipe conveyor taking a curved path can replace a number of belt conveyors, without the nusciance of transfer points which are polluting and degrade the belt and conveyor mechanically.

A pipe conveyor consumes about 10 to 15 % of power needed for an equivalent pneumatic conveying system.

Simplicity is collaborating with Dosco Overseas Engineering Ltd. of the United Kingdom for manufacturing of pipe conveyor systems.

Dosco overseas is a licensee of Bridgestone Corporation, Japan; who are the inventors of the pipe conveyor.

Simplicity offers you the Interroll range of powerised and gravity roller conveyor systems. These are manufactured by our sister companyInterroll India Pvt. Ltd. which is a joint venture with Interroll A.G. of Switzerland.

Simplicity has till date supplied over 220 screw conveyors for handling material like salt, cement, raw meal, pulverised coal, flyash, seeds and chemicals. Screw conveyors supplied have been manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steels and special steels and quite a few have been fitted with variable speed drives. We have successfully supplied screw conveyors upto 29.5 mts long with hanger bearings and 11.5 mts long without hanger bearings. We have the technology to manufacture screw conveyors from 125 mm to 1000 mm dia.

Simplicity en-masse conveyors, redler chain conveyors, and scraper chain conveyors are available with a variety of chains like forged link chains, pin bush, pin bush roller chains and round link chains.

These chain conveyors are ideal for completely enclosed conveying of diverse materials like fly ash dust, clinker and clinker dust, cement, limestone, gypsum, sinter dust, magnese dust, soya seeds, maize, soya hull, coal, lignite, baggasse and other similar material.

Elevations upto 90 degrees are possible and conveyors can be designed to automatically feed a series of bunkers or hoppers.

Simplicity chain conveyors upto 600 tph capacity are in operation for the last 15 years. We have also supplied conveyors upto 125 meters long, and other conveyors having vertical lifts of over 20 meters through 90 degrees inclination

The JoKi drum motor was first produced in 1953 specifically for use on conveyor belt applications. The aim was to produce an extremely compact, totally enclosed and highly efficient conveyor drive that would be unaffected by dust, water, oil, grease or other harmful substances - which would be quick and simple to install and would require virtually no maintenance. These aims were quickly achieved and today the modern JoKi drum motor is considered to be one of the most reliable and effective belt conveyor drives available throughout the world. The drum motor is in simplistic terms a highly efficient geared motor drive which is totally enclosed in a steel cylindrical tube, referred to as the >>shell<<. The shell, which is normally crowned faced to ensure central belt tracking, is fitted with bearing housings incorporating precision bearings, oil seals and rotates on a single shaft or pair of shafts.

The motor stator is fixed to the shaft or shafts and the motor winding cable passes through one end of the shaft or shafts, eliminating the need for slip rings and brushes. The squirrel cage motor manufactured in steel laminate is machined concentric to high tolerances and designed to give 200% starting torque. The rotor pinion is coupled directly to the gearbox. The gearbox transmits the drive directly to the shell bearing housing through a geared rim or gear and provides a high efficiency from motor to drum face with very little frictional losses.

The drum motor is oil filled, which acts as both a lubricant and a coolant whereby the heat is dissipated through the shell and conveyor belt.

Simplicity apron conveyors and feeders have been in service to the Indian industry since 1984. Our apron feeders are scientifically designed and of rugged construction. These apron feeders give trouble free service year after year. Simplicity apron conveyors and feeders have been successfully used for conveying, feeding and dozing difficult materials like wet lignite, hot iron pigs at 550 degrees centigrade, charge chrome slag under a 50 ton column load, clinker, iron ore gypsum, etc... Simplicity apron feeders are suitable for capacities of over 1000 tph and lump sizes up to 1200mm.

Simplicity offers deep pan conveyors for conveying difficult material like hot clinkers.

Simlplicity pan conveyors are available in capacity upto 750 tph with maximum center to center distance of about 100 meters, lifts upto 40 meters inclinations upto 60 degrees and speed upto 18 mts/min. These conveyors are offered in two strand chain construction with chain being of reputed European makes like GEHA, GEKA etc.

Sampling system In Indian industry till the very recent past sampling was viewed as a formality and thus was never taken seriously, but now with the economy opening up and with increasing import & export of coal and ores, sampling has become increasingly important to determine the quality of material and its true worth. Simplicity offers you the Prisecter (Eriez group of USA) range of automatic sampling stations. The Prisecter sampling system is renowned worldwide and finds wide applications in the power, coal, steel and mineral processing industries. The Prisecter sampler is fitted in the head chute of belt conveyors and it cuts samples at regulated intervals by cutting through the material stream in a rotary movement. This rotary sampler is rugged and requires practically no maintence. The sampling station may be single stage or multiple stage depending upon the quantum of material to be sampled, the material flow rate, the lump size and the accuracy of analysis needed. You have the option of having the sampler imported from UK or having it fabricated in India by Simplicity as per Prisecter drawings

Simplicity scraper chain conveyors, are available upto 750 tph, 2000mm wide scrapers and lengths upto 150 mtrs. The angle of inclination range from 0 to 90 deg.

Our chain conveyors upto 600 tph capacity have been performing satisfactorily for the last 15 years.

Simplicity scraper conveyors / redller conveyors are available in various option like pin bush chains, pin bush roller chains, forged link chains, round link chains. The number of chain strands may be one, two or three.

These conveyors find applications in assembly lines, paint shops, ovens, general in plant conveying and in oraganised stacking and storage sections.

Simplicity offers slat conveyors with the slats of wood, mild steel, stainless steel, plastics and aluminum. The chains are of pin bush roller style. Slat can be supplied in widths upto 2000 mm and lengths upto 50 mtrs. The conveyor speeds are generally mantained below 0.5 mtrs/sec.
