Satyam’ make frp canopies gives the maximum protection from the chemicals, water & other liquids in plant. Due to its uv properties it gives also long life in contact with direct sunrays for a long time. One or two handles & the angle leg of frp material facilitate the easy handling & fixing of canopy. The canopies are designed as per the frame size of the motor.

‘Satyam’ make frp transmitter canopy holds the canopy & gives the protection from dust, chemicals & rain water. It is also provided with pole mounting arrangement to fix the canopy easily on pole.

SATYAM Solar stills use sunlight to produce distilled water from brackish water

SATYAM Still consists of a Black basin containing the Raw Water. The Black Basin absorbs the sunlight resulting in evaporation of the water.

The pure water vapour condenses on the relatively cooler glass surface and drops on to the “formed” channel. The distilled water is collected in a carbouy through a plastic pipe.

SATYAM Solar still module can produce upto 3 lit./day. A number of these stills can be interconnected to large requirements.

SATYAM Trefoil clamps are used for keeping three single core cables in Trefoil arrangement which helps to maintain magnetic symmetry thereby to avoid current loss and the heating of electromagnetic.

SATYAM Trefoil clamps have been manufactured by molding process from Virgin Glass Filled Nylon materials. Glass filled nylon materials are used to increase the flexibility of the clamp & to avoid the breaking the clamps from the hook while the tightening procedure of the three single core cables.

SATYAM Trafoil clamps are used for high voltage single core Copper / Aluminum Armoured cables where the current rating is high and three cables are not easily to laying down.

Three single core cables are fixed in to the Trefoil clamps by means of Bolts, Nuts & Washers are commonly SS hardware or MS Zinc passivated, which depends upon the Customer’s request. Aluminum Trefoil Clamps can also be supplied as per Customer’s Requirements.

SATYAM’ Make Chemical Storage Tanks are mainly used for storage of Highly Corrosive chemicals like HCL, H2SO4 etc. Its capacity ranges from 0.5 KL to 20 KL. The Tanks are designed as per BS 476 Standard. The nozzle orientation & provision of Man-Holes are also designed as per Customer’s Requirement.

SATYAM Make FRP Perforated Cable Trays are mainly used for Light weight Instrument Cables. It provides the proper support to cables & its perforated bottom facilitates to tie the cable anywhere through the whole length. The SATYAM Perforated Cable tray ranges from 50mm to 300mm Width with suitable Thickness.

SATYAM cable trays are also provided with Cover to protect the cables from water, dust etc.

SATYAM’ Make Ladder Cable Trays are mainly used for lying Heavy Electrical Cables.
Due to its Reliable design it gives the enough support to Heavy Electrical Cables. The Prefabricated Accessories are available in all types of Ladder Cable Trays by means. It ranges from 150mm Wide upto 900mm Wide.
