Singh Plasticisers & Resins (I) Pvt. Ltd. was founded by late Mr. Y. P. Singh. Mr. Singh with a Masters degree from Roorkee University, had over 45 years of hands-on experience in diverse aspects of Polymer Chemistry and manufacturing. His vision for the company was one of development and promotion of new technologies so as to provide the most advanced products to his customers. His rigour for quality was renowned and he instilled the culture of producing the highest quality materials meeting the tightest specifications with consistency.

InfrastructureSPR manufacturing facilities are located in the heart of the booming Bhiwadi Industrial Area in Rajasthan, 70 km southwest of Delhi. The plant has been designed specifically for the consistent manufacturing of high quality resins. The plant has six different manufacturing units with a wide range of capabilities.
The finishing section of the manufacturing plant is equipped to provide materials in different physical forms such as, liquids, flakes, pastilles or free flowing powder depending on the performance requirements of the customer.
SPR has a dedicated packaging facility where materials can be packaged in controlled atmospheric conditions. This is critical for moisture sensitive products such as Resorcinol Formaldehyde resins.
As an added benefit, moisture sensitive resins can be packaged in pre-weighed EVA packaging of customer specified weights. This allows the customer to add the sealed EVA packaging to their Banbury or kneaders, minimizing the handling and atmospheric exposure of the resins.
Our personnel make extensive use of Six Sigma and statistical techniques to monitor every aspect of our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in our products.
