Western Himalaya Tour We offer this tour to foothills of Western Himalayas that extends over 13 days. This offer is specially designed for clients who like enjoying with family. Keeping in mind the basic requirements of a family, the complete package includes everything from accommodation at luxury hotels to provision of well managed commutation facilities.
The best Time to avail this package is from mid October to mid April.
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
- Transfer to Pre-booked hotel
- Morning free to re-charge
- Afternoon a guided visit to Red Fort and Cycle Rikshaw ride through the silver market
- Overnight stay at hotel
Day 2:
- Drive about 6hrs across Indian Planes into the foothills of Himalaya
- Visit Corbett National Park
- 3 night stay in delightful resort
Day 3 & 4:
- Explore the park with resident naturalist by Elephant and Jeep
- Afternoons are free to rest and relax
- All meals and overnight in Resort
Day 5:
- Travel to the Kosi river, thus to the Sitabani reserve forest
Day 6:
- A two-hour walk to Bhagini village
- 3 hours climb to Kultani village
In another hour, reach the kunjakharak foreckage is from mid Octoberst rest house
Day 7:
- A great day for brid -watching. If you are there in spring, the migratory birds would be back
- A leisurely walk from the camp leads to Vinayak ( 7,300 ft / 2,225 m )
Day 8:
- Visit to Pangot village
- From here descends to Nainital
- Overnight in hotel
Day 9:
- A short boat trip in the Naini Lake
- Drive about 6/7hrs to Shivpuri and stay in delightful Camp on a lovely sandy beach
- Campfire and overnight in Tents
Day 10:
- Exciting 4hrs rafting trip to Rishikesh
- Beach lunch on one of the beaches of Mighty Ganges
- Affter tea and snacks drive about 25kms to Haridwar
- Evening attend Aaarti Ceremony on the Ganges
- All meals and overnight in hotel
Day 11:
- Early morning board train to Mathura
- Arrive Mathura in the afternoon
- Drive about 2hrs to Agra
- Breakfast and overnight in hotel
Day 12:
- Early morning guided visit to Taj Mahal and Red Fort
- After breakfast drive back to Delhi
- Overnight stay in hotel
- Late night transfer to the airport
