Our company is developing service provider in industrial plant, machinery, utilities operation/maintenance, repair, overhauling, reconditioning work of all technical and corresponding actions operators, fitter, preventive maintenance workmanship. We are interested to carry maintenance, repair, reconditioning modification work by our skilled staffs in providing service in retaining or restoring plant/machinery to a state in which it can perform its required function. We have employed people who have vast experience in providing prompt service in maintenance/troubleshooting of industrial electrical utilities works. Construction/installation of industrial utilities with pipelines, industrial electrical wiring installation. Annual operation & maintenance of industrial utilities plant.
about the company
we are engaged in annual maintenances & operation contract work & repair reconditioning, on site maintenance, overhauling, running maintenance contract work of machine tools, eot cranes, dg set, induction furnace, cnc machines, incinerator plants etc. Manufacturing of ht coils, mp & ip coils of traction motors, repair reconditioning, rewinding of ht, lt & auxiliary motors on site maintenance of distribution transformers.


About our man power
we have large pool of technically qualified and experienced professionals having vast experience in tata motors & indian railways. They have gathered their experience and hold the post of head of department of central electrical repair shop and thermal engineering and fully conversant with rewinding of ht & lt motors, d. C. Motors, power & distribution transformer, circuit breakers repairs and also experience in air conditioning & fuel oil supply (furnace oil & ldo) of tata motors. They have sufficient experience in maintenance of machine tools & conveyors. Our other highly experienced professionals are retired indian railways electrical engineers having vast experience in maintenance of electric locomotive of indian railways. We are also in touch with some of the selected retired supervisors & some fully trained ex-technician of diesel loco shed having experience in maintenance & repair of diesel locomotive of indian railways.

our scope of work
we shall undertake rewinding of electrical motors both ht & lt motors in class 'b' 'f' and 'h' class as per manufacturer's specifications. We shall undertake manufacturers of all type of main pole coil, inter pole coils, equalizer coil for ht motor & traction motor & primary coils & secondary coils for high voltage power transformer, ht transformer & lt transformer, distribution transformer, power transformer and furnace transformer as per specification. we shall also repair & rewind dc motors & traction motors both armature & field winding with no load testing facility. We have also got lt & ht winding machine to rewind primary & secondary winding of distribution and power transformers up to 1 mva and upto 5 mva (within 1 years). We shall also undertake up-gradation of class of insulation of any motor to higher temperature class, which will result in up rating of motor capacity.

We can undertake overhauling, baking & varnishing of motors upto 500hp weighting upto 5 ton in our workshop and large motors at site. We can accommodate 2m long, 1. 5m wide & 1. 5m high electric motor or transformer in our 67kw baking oven having thermostatically controlled temperature controller upto 200? C.
