I. Casing: Axially split volute cases with suction and discharge branches located opposite in line in the lower half. This allows easy removal of the rotating element, without disturbing the pipe work. Pump required for higher heads have double volute casing to minimize radial thrust.

We offer Mixed Flow Pumps that are single-stage centrifugal pumps suitable for handling pure or contaminated liquids in large quantities. These pumps are of robust construction and have long working life. These pumps are also low in energy consumption due to very good efficiency.
The precision machined pump shaft is seated in amply oil / grease lubricated bearings and protected by a shaft sleeve in the stuffing box area. The integrally cast feet of the casing transmit any forces originating from the pipework directly to the foundation, this means that the rotor is not subject to any bending and thus optimal working life of the bearings is assured. Direction for the rotation of the pump is clockwise, when viewed from the driven end.
Electric motors can be used as the prime mover, with diesel engine as the prime mover, the pump's direction of the rotation is anticlockwise from the driven end.
These pumps can be supplied in standard cast iron or in any other non-standard or special material combinations.

I. Casing: Horizontal radially split multistage ring section pump manufactured as a compact design unit. The stages are sealed by O - rings and clamped together by tie rods.


II. Impeller: Closed type radial impellers are hydraulically and statically balanced by back vanes / balancing holes.


III. Shaft: High tensile shaft supported by anti-friction bearings and protected by shaft sleeve.


IV. Bearing:Grease lubricated deep groove ball bearings or roller bearing are provided.


V. Stuffing Box: As a standard, stuffing box is provided with sealing connection on suction side but for higher pumping temperatures, it can be provided with cooling cover for external cooling.


VI. Drive: Suitable for coupling with an electric motor or an IC engine. These can be connected directly with a flexible coupling or with a belt drive.
