We employ ultrasonic cleaning and de-greasing cleaning systems that assure our buyer contamination and dirt free filter packs. All our products are packed in weatherproof airtight packing using srinnk film technologies.

Specialization in manufacture of Spot Welded Filters in multilayer on high accuracy spot welding machines which ensure even burnt free spot welds.

We are manufactures of Shale Shaker Screens made out of 304 stainless steel wire mesh with edge preparation of hook type G. I. Sheet duly bent with G. I. Frames fixed with rubber sheet at the end of G. I. Strip to give grip & Longer Life for screen duly spot welded. Our screens are of proper fit to Shale Shaker and give longer screen life and are made as per customer size & specification.

Woven wire cloth basically consists of stainless steel wires crossing at right angles to form uniform square openings also known as aperture. This is done by weaving process of weaving horizontal wires also known as weft wire into longitudinal wires also known as warp wire. During the weaving process both the wires criss cross and get crimped in the weaving process. By modifying weaving patterns and wires one can obtain square rectangular and triangular openings.
