Owing to our technological advancement, we are able to offer Process Control Instruments (STC 9696). These instruments are designed and developed using advanced technologies such as micro-controller. Our instruments are appropriate for receiving temperature sensors like thermocouple, RTD (Pt-100), or pyrometers generating mV or mA signals or from the level / flow / pressure / pH transmitters. These signals are transmitted in the form of (4-20) mA. Further, the inputs are also received from thermocouples and RTD (Pt-100) are software linearized for 1oC/0.1oC ensuring accuracy. These are suitable for universal inputs where the users can choose from among the available 7 types of inputs that use back panel DIP switch.These instruments have various programmable set points available from 1 to 6. These can be taken as high alarm or low alarm or deviation alarm with programmable ON/OFF hysteresis through user-friendly key board offered. We offer these systems are available with dual 4 digits display assuring indications of the process value and the set value. Additionally, these instruments also offer two nos. retransmission output of 4-20mA proportional to process value and set value with 12 bit resolution. This helps in the remote indication of the process and set value. |
This system can used in combination of 2 channel transmitters in groups of 32 ( ie. Total 64 channels) via RS-485 ,2 wire interface. This advanced technology can be used to transmit any input signal(T/C,RTD(Pt-100),mA ip) to (4-20) mA output, which can be given to recorder or any Datalogger. |
