Our ink-aid/ dilueter is mainly used as a viscosity reducer and cleaner. This ink aid increase the mileage of print and prevents the rollers/ink duct from blocking.

We have specially developed strip pack /blister pack coding inks for batch printing on aluminum foil used in various drug packing in pharmaceutical industries.

•It works where heat resistance of a print may be required in heat sealing operation involved in blister packing/strip packing sealing without loss of color strength or shade during the packing of final product.
•This ink has optimum resistant to rub abrasion, acids, alkalis, oils, fats, detergents and other substances.

Process: the printing system in the blister pack is on-line contact coding type which system is like flexo type printing, contains the inking unit (storage of ink), the stereo drum and impression roller.
