Double walled construction with inner, outer chambers of autoclave are completely in stainless steel duly polished. The autoclave chamber has heaters at the bottom. The steam generated by the water immersing the heaters, enters the working chambers through the ports. The lid is made from a single thick SS plate duly polished. The lid has pressure gauge and two safety valves for the release of the steam. The release valves are set at a pressure between 16-18 psi and the second between 20-22 psi. This enables one to prevent any damage due to excessive pressure developed because of the failure of one safety valve. The autoclave has gauge to indicate water level, water inlet funnel, and water release valve and steam release valve. The autoclave is provided with Digital Indicator having autoclavable sensor.

DIGI STABLE THERM FULLY AUTOMATIC AUTOCLAVE The unit has triple walled construction with inner, outer chambers and the jacket of autoclave are completely in stainless steel duly polished. The autoclaving chamber does not have any heaters at the bottom thus giving more space in the chamber for the sample. The inner chamber is provided with ports at the bottom and for the steam to enter from the jacketed portion of the autoclave. The lid is of a single thick SS plate duly polished. The lid has pressure gauge and two safety valves for the release of the steam. The heaters are located at the bottom of the jacket and the water enters the jacket immersing the heaters. The steam generated enters through automatic steam valve to regulate the desired pressure. The Instrument has all safety features including temp. controller, timer, ,dual safety valves, pressure gauge, etc for automatic operations.

It has Double walled construction with inside surface made of stainless steel and outside surface are of mild steel painted with pleasing colour. The door is made of thick plate SS304 with a toughened glass window. It also have vacuum gauge, vacuum cock and air inlet cock. The heating of Vacuum Oven is done by clamp-on type electric heaters fitted on the outside of the inner chamber.

Control: Temperature is controlled by Micro Controller Digital Indicating Controller. We can provide any size vaccuum ovens both in rectangular and circular form.

Digi Stable Therm Muffle Furnace: The furnace is provided with high-grade siliminite muffle enclosed in mild steel box painted in pleasing colour. The furnace is provided with special quality light ceramic fiber wool insulation to reduce the weight of the furnace and effects in savings of electricity consumption. The furnace has built-in linearised Digital Indicating Controller with CR/AI Thermocouple. The furnace has neon lamps to indicate mains and control action. The furnace incorporates an electronic fuse to prevent damage of muffle in case of any failure in the control system. The coils used are of high grade Kanthal wire.

Double walled construction with inside of aluminium / stainless steel. Outside is of MS with powder coated. The incubators have double doors having a full view acrylic door to see the sample under test. The outer door is double walled, well insulated having handles & locks. The Incubator has forced air draft system, a micro controller digital controller to give accurate & uniform temprature throughout the inner chamber.

Digi Stable Therm Bod Incubator: The unit has inner chamber of SS outer made of MS duly painted. Inner chamber has a full view acrylic door. The outer door is of double walled having SS inside. The cooling system is placed at the bottom of the unit having hermetically sealed compressor & its accessories. The inner chamber has rod trays,that are adjustable. The temprature controller & the blower are provided at the top of the instrument for ease of operation. The optimum desired temp. is achieved through pt-100 sensor, Digital Indicating Controller and the blower that sucks the air at the top of cabinet and discharges it across the cooling coil where by ensuring uniformity of temp. in the working chamber.

Digi Stable Therm Environmental Chamber: Double walled,inside of SS & outside of MS duly painted. The inst.has full view inner door with manual wiper arrangement. The outer door has magnetic gasket & lock. The cabinet has forced air circulation from the top, to give a gradient free temprature. Humidification is done by means of steam generated from a boiler, having a reservoir & float. De-humidification & lower temperature are achieved through a cooling system & its accessories. The temp. & humidity of the chamber are directly controlled by micro controller.

Double walled construction with aluminium / stainless steel. Inside & Outside made of MS with powder coating of pleasing colour. A 50 mm thickness of glass wool insulation in the Oven prevents any heat loss thus giving very accurate temperature inside the chamber. The oven has forced air circulation and a micro controller digital indicating Proportional Controller to maintain the temperature inside the chamber very accurately and uniformly.

Digi Stable Therm Tray Driers:

Constructions: Double walled with the basic structures are of M.S. angles & M.S. Sheets of thick welded. Glass wool insulation is given between walls to reduce heat losses. Air circulations inside are done by fans, fitted on the sides that are driven by suitable induction motors.

Heaters: MS/SS tubular heaters are used to give uniform heating.

Controls: Separate Panel is either on top or on sides which houses, motor starter contactors and Digital Temp. Controller.

Trolley: The trolley are of MS angle framework to accommodate trays.

Trays: The trays are of Aluminum 18 SWG with size of 800 x 400 x 30mm. Trays of SS/PP are optional.

Digi Therm Humidity Oven: Construction: Double walled with inside of SS & outside of MS painted in powder epoxy paint. The oven is provided with forced air circulation with blower at the top, thus having a gradient free temp. Humidification is done By means of steam generated in a boiler, which has a reservoir and float. Control System: The temp. and humidity of the ovens are directly controlled by MICRO Controller controller which indicates & controls temp. and % RH directly.
