Very useful Machine for Dal Milling Industry to carry away the mixture of Husk & powder (Churi/Zarda) and fine husk (Bhusi) of Pulses which are coming out from the Pearler (Roll) during the dehusking.
Saves a lot of Labour on rescreening the Husk & Powder to recover any Dal and/or brokens which might have mixed in Husk & Powder during processing on account of leakages etc.
Pneumatic Lift system is not sensitive to minor changes of the product properties thus, ensuring a constant capacity and efficiency during its operation.
In Pneumatic Lift system, the conveying air as well as the product to be conveyed enters the pneumatic pipelines from the hopper provided below the Pearler (Roll). Sight glasses are installed for monitoring purposes and for correct adjustment of the air velocity. The conveyed product is taken to the Pneu-Cyclone through the Venturi from where the husk & powder is separated from the air flow in the Cyclone. The correct air volume is adjusted by means of the throttle valve above the Cyclone. The air with very little fine dust moves out from the exit of Cyclone and passes to the Air Fi Iter (Bag Type) through High Pressure Fan for dischargeof cleaned air.
