We have installed world class cutting, tempering, insulating, edging, washing and laminating machines from very reputed companies. All of these machines are of high performance with best quality output. We can process glass sheet of size from 300 x 300 mm to 3660 mm x 2440 mm. Bottero Cutting Machine The straight line cutting table for speed, accuracy and good quality product installed with shape scanner and SCAN CAD with hardware and software for shape cutting. Tempering Horizontal Furnace Suitable for clear, tinted, patterned glass, single side screen print glass, high performance reflective and low.
EkangTenon Insulating Production Line This machine is suitable for clear, tinted, patterned glass, single side screen print glass, high performance reflective and Low e(hard coted) glass: Self-diagnosis system with touch screen on computer. Stainless steel washer with 8 (6) brushes, soft brushes from MONFORTS of Germany, hard brushes automatically open when Low e glass input. Rotate speed of brush frequency control. Stainless steel air knife is automatically adjustable according to glass thickness.

Low-e Glass Washing Machine This machine is a special multifunction washing machine for flat glass cleaning, it have favorable washing and air dry effect. EVA Glass Lamination Machine Glass vacuum heating & laminating machine is capable of laminating max glass size 1700 mm x 3100 mm with the combination of plain, tinted, reflective, mirror in various thickness. This machine can laminate ordinary glass with silk, cotton, toshino paper, drawing, ultra violet single way calairvoyances, dimming films, or special films, or special films to make various art glass and decorative glass. Shows higher performance than the monolithic glass of same thickness. Thicker interlayer creates a lower decibel of sound thus your acoustic levels are approached.
