The range of product in this head are as follows: 1. Mid Span Joints for Earthwire. 2. Repair Sleeves for Earthwire. 3. Jointing Sleeves for Earthwire. 5. Vibration Dampers for Earthwire.

We are manufacturing high quality Universal Distribution Connector (UDC / Wedge Connector). The advantage of these Connectors are: 1. Very Low resistance. 2. Higher Conductor. 3. Easy to install. 4. Maintenance is not required. These Connectors are used for Sub-Station and distribution line and it is also functioning same as PG Clamps.

We are the manufacture of universal type Parallel Groove Clamps by using high strength Aluminium Alloy which is corrosion-resistant. "H" Connectotrs (Crimped Connectors) are designed for bare conductors. These sub station clamps and Connectors are made of extruded Aluminium Alloy profiles.

ABC Fittings are made of high strength Alluminium Alloy and are capable to accommodating messenger wire. The Suspension Clamps are provided with black weather resistant insulation coating to prevent the insulation of phase conductors from damage due to rubbing against the Clamps.
The Suspension Clamp assembly is sufficiently flexible to allow free movement at both straight run and angle location.
Eye Hooks are made of forged steel or mild steel. These Eye Hook are used for holding the Clamps with pole or pole clamp.
Dead End Clamps are made of high Alluminium Alloy and UV resistant glass fibre reinforced polymer. It is suitable for 25 sq.mm to 95 sq. mm bare messenger cables. All ferrous parts are made of mild steel duly hot dip galvanised. These fittings automaticallys grips the messenger wire due to tension of the wire.
The Clamps are provided with Eye Hook made of forged steel or mild steel for holding Dead End Clamps directly with the poles or through pole Clamps.
Insulation Piercing Connectors are used for 16 squre mm to 95 squre mm conductor. These fittings are made of Copper Alloy is provided for connecting both the conductor.

Sub-Station Clamps & Connector are used for Sub-Station. These materials are of various types like Pipe Type Earthing used 40 mm dia, Spike Type Earthing or Rod Type Earthing is made by 16 mm dia or 20 mm dia round. We also manufactured Coil Type Earthing used 8 SWJ GI Wire.

We manufactured the Conductor Accessories Upto 132kV line. These accessories are used to connect two parrel Connectors by accommodating one in each groove and the Conductors may be similar or dis-similer. All these Clamps are made of Alluminium Alloy castings or Forgings or extrusions and provided 1.2KN (minimum) slip strength. The electrical power rating is not less than that of the conductors. Vibration Dampers for Conductors.

Danger Notice Board / Plate in Hindi or English and in addition in the local language with the sign of skull and cross bones are required to be provided on the power line supports. The " Danger" Notice Plates are not required to be provided on supports like PCC, wood, steel rails etc. which can not be climbed easily with the aid of ladder or special appliance. We are maintaining the Indian Standard specification i.e IS : 2551-1982.
