•REFINING UNIT-
State-of-the-art 50 TPD ALFA LAVAL oil refining plant, with de-gumming and de-waxing facilities. At present we refine Sunflower oil, Groundnut oil and Safflower oil. We can also undertake refining of sesame seed oil, soyabean oil and cottonseed oil on job work basis
•SEED CRUSHING UNIT-
We have complete infrastructure for crushing of oil seeds, which includes
- Sufficient warehousing space for storage of seeds and oilcakes ,
- Raw oil storage capacity of above 500 MT
- Cleaning and de-hulling plants for sunflower seeds
- Complete machinery for roasted coconut oil
- Separate cleaning section for cottonseed
- Filtration facilities with latest pressure filters and micro filters, to give your oil that sparkling shine and clarity.
- Packing of oilcakes in hdpe woven sacs or jute bags.
- Packing of filtered oils in consumer packs and bulk containers.
•Packaging Unit-
We carry in-house packing unit, where all our products are nicely packed after stringent examination. All the basic packaging related check ups are done at this stage. This assures that the goods dispatched are 100% defect-free. We make use of high quality packaging material to pack our products, which keeps their freshness for a longer time frame and increases their shelf life. We have complete infrastructure for packing of oils, which includes
- Modernized filtration plants for repacking of virgin as well as refined oils.
- Special facilities for reducing moisture present in virgin oils, thus increasing its shelf life and clarity
- Completely automatic Form-Fill-Seal pouch packing machines for packing of poly pouches from 5ml, 20ml, 50ml, 100ml, and 500ml to 1 litre.
- Automatic volumetric liquid filling machines right from 50ml to 15 liters.
- Government approved electronic weighing sales from 1ltr to 200kgs.
- Automatic Strapping machines, Taping machines & sealing machines.
- Trained and qualified field supervisors and skilled labor.
•LABORATORY-
We have a full flegged oil testing laboratory, to ensure that all products we manufacture & pack conform to the international standards.
- Well equipped with highly qualified, experienced AGMARK APPROVED CHEMISTS
- Latest and Hi-tech testing apparatus and equipments
- Gas Liquid Chromatographs to check the quality of oils and adulteration
- Lavibond Tintometers to check colour of oils
- Other necessary equipments and apparatus like centrifuges, Refractrometers, etc.
•STORAGE UNIT-
We have capacious hygienic warehouse and tanks, which facilitates the storage of voluminous stock of Oils, packing materials & Packed goods. In addition to this, our warehousing unit is also provided with 24X7 on-site security.
- Separate Tanks for storage of raw, filtered and refined oils with a capacity of over 1000 metric tones
- Separate storage spaces for packing materials and finished goods in large quantities. |
