??The ‘ SKYLARK’  Hot-Water set  is a closed system designed to circulate hot water through the Plate Heat Exchanger to heat the product  being  processed. ?? Heat extracted from the circulated  water is replaced by steam injected into the system at a controlled rate.

 The hot water mixing battery consists of an inner tank, which is fitted with      steam &water mixer, thermowell,

??(optional) Pressure guage, relief &safety valve and water make-up valve.  The  shell portion  of the inner tank is insulated with glasswool and the same is cladded with s.s. sheet. ??Water inlet & water outlet, steam inlet, TEMP guage , pressure guage ,safety valve  etc. are provided on the top dished end ?? Model ??  ??80 ltres ?? 60  litrs ??40, ltrs ??20  litres

Capacity : -3000 L     
Constructional features : The tank will  be of double walled, insulated and sanitary design.
 
Inner shell :
The inner shell and conical bottom should be made from 2 mm thk.  conforming to AISI 316  .
Insulation
75 mm thk , Crown 150 fibre glass wool.
Outer shell :
The outer shell & bottom should be made of 2 mm thk. plate conforming to AISI 304.
Accessories :
Legs : 4 nos    stainless steel legs with  with ball feet provided ,.
Covers: Half -openable three piece covers on top made from
 s.s. 304 sheet.
The center portion should be fix type &  s.s.304 /2.5 mm thk.
 Cip return Inlet:Dia.51 mm s.s.304 pipe, provided at  at top.
 Water  Inlet: Dia.51 mm s.s.304 pipe, provided at  at top.
Side Outlet :Dia.51 mm s.s.304 pipe
Over flow:   Dia.51 mm s.s.304 pipe for overflow at top .
Drain : S.S.304 pipe at the bottom of conical end .
