The Outer Shell/ Visor The outer of the helmet is made of fibre glass plastic to provide it a penetration of shock protection. The hard outer shell is meant to distribute the force of impact on the whole surface and this reduce direct impact on the wearer. The visor on the outer shell protect eyes from dust particles, bugs and thus allow a normal peripheral vision. The Inner Lining We make the inner lining with an expanded polystyrene to offer second level of protection. The crushable material on this limits the force of impact as well as lowers the effect of the blow on the head.

Comfort Padding The comfort padding cover the inner lining and provide a snug fit to the head. Use of high quality heat insulation material and single piece sweat absorbing harness provides the protection against any type of irritation. The Retention System We make use of superior quality nylon straps and buckles in order to withhold tensile load up to a certain specification. The straps with not come out of the buckle at the type of any mishap and will provide a total protection to the wearer.
