Our pleated cartridges are made of various types of media depending on important working parameters such as temperature, dust to be filtered, dust load, area available at site, etc. In the latest trend, special high temperature pleated media like PPS and PAN are used. The pleated cartridges are made with spun bonded media which is pleated in different pleated depths & height for accommodating desired filtration area. This spun bonded / pleatable filter media provides surface filtration and with this surface filtration, the pleated bags/ cartridges gives very high through puts & less pressure drop across the filter as compared to any convention tube type filter bags.
