We offer a complete line of replacement and custom designed dust collector bags to fit most manufactures' filter bag housings. Our filter bags are carefully fabricated and sized to ensure easy installation and change-out. These dust collector bags are designed to be mounted and gasketed firmly into place with a snap band, corded cuff, or clamp to ensure a dust tight seal. Various coatings and finishes can be applied to either side of the dust collector bags to enhance cleaning and efficiencies, as well as prolonging service life. Groundwire, anti-collapse rings and other options can be easily incorporated into bag construction.

We also manufacture filter cages and venturies. The filter cages are basic support structures for the bags and the venturies add to the cleaning efficiency of pulse-jet baghouses. We offers a wide variety of styles & sizes for both top & bottom removal filter cages. We can supply either spun or cast filter venturies manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or cast iron. We offer replacement cages for almost every pulse type collector on the market. We fabricate both carbon steel & galvanized cages, as well as epoxy coated in 8 to 24 vertical wire arrangements. The high speed welding line allows quick turn around on your order. We provide various top hardware to fit your top or bottom removal collectors.

We also offer filter press cloths / pcs. which are made from highly quality fabrics. We manufacture these filter press cloths as per client requirement as well.

We manufacture a wide range of pleated bags which are widely used in the field of dust collection systems. Pleated configuration offers almost 3-4 time high filtration area compared to convention pleated bags.

We are a prominent manufacturer of pleated cartridges which are widely demanded for dust collection and other diverse air filtration applications. Our pleated cartridges are made of various types of media depending on important working parameters such as temperature, dust to be filtered, dust load, area available at site, etc. In the latest trend, special high temperature pleated media like PPS and PAN are used. These pleated cartridges have been developed to cater to high temperature applications.

The pleated cartridges are made with spun bonded media which is pleated in different pleated depths & height for accommodating desired filtration area. This spun bonded / pleatable filter media provides surface filtration and with this surface filtration, the pleated bags/ cartridges gives very high through puts & less pressure drop across the filter as compared to any convention tube type filter bags. Our pleated configuration offers almost 3 – 4 time, high filtration area in contrast to any convention tube type filter bags.
