About Us
Sri Lakshminarasimha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been involved in manufacturing and exporting of Drafting Components such as arm bar, nose bar, draft gearing unit, gear end studs etc., for simplex frames & ring frames which are used in various spinning mills. Starting up with one product, we significantly expanded our capacity of production in less than a year and now we are manufacturing seven out of twelve products.
Under the able guidance of our founder and promoter, we are constantly moving ahead towards setting up milestones in providing quality products to our clients across the globe. We have gained tremendous significance with the help of his wide expertise and over three decades-long experience in textile industry. we also have technically skilled team of workers supported by professional team of directors with rich experience in the textile field. We have our agents located in all the major states such as Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and etc .

Our Founder
Mr.
Gururajan is the founder of Sri Lakshminarasimha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. He is
having three decades of immense experience in textile field. He holds
the position of Chairman and Promoter for Sri Lakshminarasimha
Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Directors
We
have a board of directors headed by Mr. Gururajan which consists of
four other directors:
- Mr.G. Sudhinder is the Managing Director and takes care of marketing. He graduated
as B.E. and post-graduated as an MBA. He is having ample expertise
in the field of textile industry. His efforts have made us
recognized in the local as well as global market in a very short
span of time.
- Mr.
A. Nagarajan is the Director-Production. He is a Mechanical Engineer having vast
experience in his respective field. His immense expertise has
benefited our company in achieving noticeable production capacity.
- Mr.
R. Govarthanam is the Director-Marketing. He graduated as B.E. in mechanical
engineering and has a decade-long experience in textile field.
- Mr.
Narayanaswamy is the Director-Administration. He holds a good rapport in the filed
of administration and thereby maintains the same within our company
in its day to day operational activities altogether.

Future Plans
Our
company has set certain future plans for coming years, among which
includes product enhancement, technological up-gradation etc. We
motivate our workers and provide them a good atmosphere with regular
training to enhance productivity. We are planning to automate our
important operation in manufacturing process. We are committed to
adhere to high quality levels in our products we manufacture and
maintain a very reasonable price to ensure our competitiveness in
this textile field.

Products
We deal in a wide array of products used in Spinning Mills in India. Our entire product range includes Bottom Rollers, Arm Bars, Rollers Stand Assembly, Draft Gearing Unit,
Holding Bar Assembly,Nose Bar, Ring Adapter with Hardware, Gear Wheels
for Spinning and Simplex Frame,Gear End Studs and Pinion Stud, Top
Rollers and Other Textile Accessories for Speed Frames and Ring Frames. . Some of the salient features of our products are:

We use fine grade of raw materials for manufacturing of our products.
These raw materials are procured from reliable and reputed suppliers
and vendors locally from Coimbatore. Some of the raw materials we use
for production are EN 9 grade steel for manufacturing bottom rollers, GE 15 grade cast iron for roller stand, LM 24 grade aluminium for “C” fork, EN 1A low carbon steel for arm bars and etc. | |
Our Services
| We offer Partial or Full Drafting Conversion Solution for Simplex and Ring Frames.
If needed, we thoroughly inspect the frames in the Customer Premises,
and provide a very appropriate solution satisfying the requirements and

The raw material procured by us is of the finest quality and is pre-inspected at manufacture’s premises. Different types of quality tests and inspections are also carried out by the quality department to ensure impeccable products.
Various quality tests carried out on our products include following:

- Hardness test to ensure 58-60 HRC for bottom rollers
- Eccentricity test for fluted rollers (within /-0.02mm)
- Tensile strength test
- Carbon content test
