Bottom Rollers

SLNE Fluted Rollers and Knurled Rollers are precision engineered for high load performance. These textile components such as fluted rollers, bottom rollers are known for the following features:

• The Bottom Rollers are made of EN 9 grade steel, opposite helix, high frequency induction hardened and assured with eccentric free rotation.
  

• We maintain eccentricity levels within 0.02mm.
  

• Each Bottom Roller is inspected for accurate flute profile, staff length, hardness, surface finish and run out to ensure optimum Quality.
  

• The Bottom Rollers are either hard chrome plated or blackened to prevent Rust formation.

• SLNE manufacturers 45 Deg/60 Deg Inclination Ge15 Grade Cast Iron Roller Stand for Ring Frames and 15 Deg Roller Stand for Speed frames to suit any front roller centre height.
