SMAC™ Bondcrete HR is polysiloxane modified heat resistance waterproof coating. It is nano technology and multi ceramic technology base high performance surface coating.


Working principles :


When SMAC™ Bondcrete HR is applied on the surface nano technology base polysiloxane reacts with cementitious substrate and all nanoparticles penetrate into capillary and forms hydrophobicity. Multi ceramic technology base particles remains active on top and bottom of the coating which is 100% inert and nonconductive material hence it gives high water resistance as well as heat resistance property.


Special Application Property:


When applied on cracks it penetrates into cracks and no crack filling is required.


Application Procedure :


First remove all loose particles then clean the surface by water to remove oil, grease and other loose materials contaminated on the surface then wet the surface with water, then apply two coats of it diluted with 60% water.
Coverage : 30 sq.ft in one coat

All cementitious surface and china chips, e.g. parapet wall, new terrace slab, old terrace surface (on ips, tiles, china mosaic), sunken slab, damp wall, new toilet bathroom concrete surface, old toilet bathroom mineral substrate.

SMAC™ Elastobond is elastomeric heat reflective coating made from polyurethane, acrylic and silicon emulsion modified with multicermic and nano technology.

SMAC™ Elastoprimer is highly concentrated polyslloxane modified primer for cementitious and mineral substrate which forms medium hard and elastomeric film.

Special Application Property:


When SMAC™ Elastoprimer is applied before waterproof coating then it improves waterproofing properties. Application Procedure: First remove all loose particles using wire brush, clean the surface by water to remove oil, grease contaminated on the surface.
