To build site offices and living quarters with brick and cement for Project Companies is quite tedious and time consuming. In order to provide instant accommodations to professionals engaged in turnkey projects, we offer Cabin Accommodation Units that are prefabricated housing systems. These portable and modular accommodation units provide prompt and reliable site houses and business offices.

Primarily, polyurethane panels are used for roofing and also for environmental chambers, cold storage facilities. We have just modified this technology a little bit and made it more advanced to construct portable housing systems to our clients. The main factors considered while conceptualizing and designing of these accommodation units are listed below:

Features & Advantages :

• All units are manufactured using panel material with cement bonded exterior and interior skins
• Designs with metal skins are also available
• The interior core is a fire retardant CTC-free foam of 44 Kg/m3 density
• Throughout the length of the panel, they are linked together with cam-locks
• All windows and doors are manufactured at our factory and are flush fitted
• The floor has unique construction with an integrated Galvanized ISMB and 1SMC grid, eliminating the need for expensive foundations
• The entire house can be erected on the ground itself, or on concrete pods based on soil conditions present at the site
• The bolting up of the entire floor grid makes it possible to completely dismantle it, and no part is welded to form a permanent joint
• All fittings are of stainless steel and thus, do not get rusted
• Easy to refit, these steel parts are galvanized according to IS Standards with a coating thickness of 70 to 90 microns, for longevity of steel parts
• To ensure trouble free assembly at site, the entire home is completely dry fitted at the factory and every part is coded and numbered to make reorder and site trouble shooting easy
• A  comprehensive part manual is provided as the components involved in building a single home are more than 500 in number
• Within 4 weeks of receipt of the order, the home is dispatched to the site in "complete knock down" condition
• An installation group of 8 skilled fitters and 6 local laborers visit the site and erect the entire structure within a week of receiving the materials on site
• A complete detailed installation manual forms part of every kit being supplied along with an onsite troubleshooting manual

Clean rooms are special temperature controlled rooms where all air pollutants, termites and humidity are regulated, in order to prevent contamination of products and equipment such as silicon chips, hard disk drives and other similar products. To help our clients get free of the hassles of constructing a clean room, we provide prefabricated Clean Rooms that are manufactured keeping all the necessary precautions and technical aspects in mind. 

To cater to the varied requirements of our clients, we manufacture a range of Panels / PUF SIPs that are manufactured using high quality material and sturdy in construction. These structural insulated panels have excellent heat resistance capacity and are highly durable.

Technical Specifications:

• Weight: A 4 x 8 x 4 ½ ' SIP weighs about 100 lbs
• R-Value: The 4 ½ " thick SIP has a rating of R-20
• Cladding Material: A variety of material can be cladded on these panels such as aluminum, pre coated steel, GI, CR. or particleboard of appropriate cladding thickness as specified by our client
• Dimensions: In the case of GI and aluminum, panels of standard dimensions are available at 1200mm and in the case of pre-coated steel, the dimensions are 980mm. for panels, dimensions are always coated in mm and a maximum height of 3400mm is available; Tolerance for the completed foamed panel is /- 5mm.
• Insulation Material: We make use of premium quality Polyurethane-e foam to manufacture the se panels with the help of a high pressure foam injection machine. These panels are CFC-free ('k' value 0.02 W/m°K), and the density ranges between 32 Kg / m3 to 70 Kg / m3. on request by our clients, the complete technical knowledge on the properties of foam used can be handed by the company
• Insulation Thickness: based on proposed application or customer specifications, the insulation thickness varies from 50mm to 300mm
• Panel Jointing: Using a dry fitting male and female reversible joint, panel to panel jointing is carried out through a patented cam lock process. These locks are placed at a center to center distance of 300mm along the length of the panel. If desired, alternate panel joining mechanisms are also available.

Features & Advantages:

• As compared to the conventional 2x4 or 2x6 walls, SIPs are significantly stronger and can in fact, withstand the force of Class 6 hurricanes
• SIPs are more efficient than conventional insulation with the same R-Value
• SIPs also help save as much as 25% of energy required in a typical stick framed house
• Although SIPs add approximately 1% to the overall cost of a home built with traditional building materials, the resultant saving in energy consumption makes up for that cost
• The ease of installation also helps save immensely on expensive labor costs
• SIPS offer outstanding flexibility of design as they can be fitted with any number of window and door combinations
• SIPs also meet the National Building Codes
• SIPs have a 15-minute fire rating which meet residential fire code regulations
