Band Heaters
Band Heaters

Band & nozzle heaters are ideal for every type of plastics processing equipment. These heaters are manufactured from high quality mica or micanite sheet and have Nickel Chrome resistance. It is covered by metal sheathing & can be rolled to the required shape. The use of mica is cost effective, allows the weight of the heater to be kept to a minimum and accelerating heat transfer through the sheath of the heater & into & the object requiring heat. Band heaters operate efficiently when the sheath temperatures are kept below 250 degree centigrade. If this temperature is maintained, the life of the band heaters gets long. Its applications are:

  • Plastic processing Machinery
  • Injection & Blow Molding
  • Extruders
  • Many other Applications. (Medical, Lab-equipments…etc)

  • The sheath of the heater is rust resistance.

Tubular Heaters

These are custom designed in a various shapes to address client’s requirements for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases. Tubular heaters are produced using Incoloy, stainless steel or Copper sheath materials and also there is huge variety of selection of termination styles available. Insulation of Magnesium offers greater heat transfer. Tubular heaters can be used in any application. Straight tubular can be inserted in machined groves for conductive heat transfer and formed Tubular provides consistent heat in any type of special application. Its applications areas are:

Cast Heaters

Cast heaters are made of formed tubular elements cast into Aluminium, C.I. or Bronze. Cast heaters can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet specific applications. Cast heaters can also be manufactured with cooling arrangements to minimise temperature overshoot. Cooling can be air cooled or water cooled. Our company is better known for manufacturing quality cast heaters, which are a source of durable heat. The versatile coil / cable heater can be formed into a variety of shapes as dictated by its many applications. These small diameter, high performance units are fully annealed and readily bent to your desired configuration.Our company manufacture a wide range of coil heaters, which solves purposes of diverse applications. These coil heaters have compact structure, even heating and can be installed with ease. Apart from that, our range of coil heaters can be used for hot runner molds, nozzle, spur bush and many other applications. These heaters have wide contact surface, which results in exceptionally high levels of thermal conductivity. And more over, our range of coil heaters' optimal insulation results in long life duration. The new cast coil heater offers a direct replacement heater in many nozzle applications. All elements of the heater have been designed to work together to give efficient and reliable heater that correctly clamps to the nozzle. The inner sleeve is made of Nickel Plated Copper or brass for maximum heat transfer to the nozzle., typically the thermal expansion.

These heaters also provide freeze protection and humidity control, along with equipment protection.

Our cartridge heaters are made out of stainless steel, Brass or Incoloy sheaths in low and high watt density in regular and 'D' shape. Our high watt density cartridge heaters come in Incoloy, SS 304, SS 321,SS316 construction and have a watt density of 12 watt / sq.cm. Apart from this, we also offer our clients low watt density cartridge heaters in brass or SS 304 sheath with watt density of 4 watt /sq.cm. We also have the option of getting them manufactured with in-built thermocouples and different types of termination options as per the requirements of our clients.

Used in many industries for heating and drying requirements.Dryer is used for the best drying results in conventional process. It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys.

Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are provided for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process. Machine is provided with control panel board with process timer. Digital temperature controller cum indicator etc.
