The guide ways in our machines are hand scraped/ ground to a fine tolerance to match the corresponding surface of the slides.

The wide range of our bearing race grinder has a base that is one piece and made of high grade casting that is of rigid and robust construction. It has one prismatic as well as other flat guide ways that are hand scraped to match the table's guide ways. The table of the bearing race grinder is of one piece alloyed casting. It is hand scraped as per its alignments. The feed in the machine is also hydraulic and infinitely variable.
