Radial Piston Hydraulic Motors S.M.SHAH & CO offers Low speed High Torque Radial Piston Hydraulic motors with high displacement & torque. It is a low noise motor due to an eccentric crankshaft & low vibration frequency of five piston design. Due to high starting torque & good stability it rotates under very low speed. There are seals between piston and cylinder which give high capacity efficiency & less leakage with high reliability. Oil is supplied by the pump to the distributor valve spool of the motor. The valve directs the oil in to two cylinders. The crankshaft rotates as piston in these cylinders push down on its drum. The remaining cylinders exhaust their oil back through the valve to exhaust port. The valve is keyed to the crankshaft so both rotate together and port oil to each cylinders in succession. Roller bearings are used in between crankshaft & connecting rod which give high mechanical efficiency. These motors have reversible rotation & output shaft can bear axial & radial loads. These motos have versatile construction design, high power and low weight. | ||

Hydraulic Valves We are importers,stockists and suppliers of Hydraulic valves. SOLENOID DIRECTION CONTROL VALVES: 4WE6, 4WE10 Single/Double solenoid. The direction control valves consists of housing,one or teo solenoids,the control spool & one or two return springs.In the deenergised condition the control spool is held in neutral or initial position by means of return springs.The control spool is operated by wet pin solenoids.The force of solenoid acts via the plunger on the control spool and pushes this from its neutral position to the required end position.This gives free flow from P to A or B & A to T.When solenoid is de-energised the control spool is returned to its neutral position by means of return springs.To guarantee satisfactory operation care should be taken that the solenoid pressure chamber is filled with oil.Solenoid operated direction valves control the start – stop & direction of flow.They are also used as pilot valves to operate other valves and so on. Hydraulic Gear Pumps S.M.Shah & Co offer Hydraulic Gear Pumps with displacements of 0.8cm3/rev. to 153 cm3/rev made in Aluminium & conforming to SAE-BIS and DIN Standards.Theese pumps are available in wide variety of mounting flanges with two & four bolt mountings for easy installation.Direct drive is advisable between the gear pump & the prime mover using a coupling which will allow self alignment of shaft. The pump suction line should be large & free from sharp bends to prevent excessive suction head. A relief valve should be provided to pump outlet so that working pressure of pump is controlled. The reservoir capacity for industrial applications should be three to five times the open loop flow per minute being drawn from the reservoir. For mobile applications, the reservoir should be sized for not less than 0.75 time the open loop flow . The volume for rams and actuators must be allowed for by providing adequate air space and breathing. Mineral oil based hydraulic fluids are selected as per the requirements of temperature during operation. High tensile aluminum alloy bodies are used throughout the range to ensure uniformity in material properties and maximum fatigue strength. The applications of these pumps include agriculture tractors, construction equipments, material handling equipment, earth moving equipment, mining, drilling equipment & road paving. | |

Cartridge Kits For Vane Pumps We are stockists of Cartridge kits for serivicng VICKERS/DENISON Pumps. We offer imported Vickers equivalent Cartridge Kits & Original Denison Cartridges kits for Mobile & Industrial applications. .The vane design with self compensation for wear and clearances make volumetric efficiency of pump nearly constant over service life.The intravane design of the vane pump keeps the vanes in constant contact with the cam ring.Even at higher speeds & pressures this self compensating vane tip wear feature provides high performance over life of the pump.Cartridge kits are the primary way to service the pumps to restore the pump performance,lower the replacement cost and reduce downtime.
