S.M.S. India specializes in the manufacture of a wide range of inorganic chemicals that include:

Sodium Silicate : It is manufactured by fusing soda and silica sand at 1200·c in different ratio this is mainly of two types alkaline and neutral grade. Filter Sodium Silicate : This is the specialty of S.M.S. India that it is able to filter the sodium silicate, which is suggested and should be used in Textile Processing Plant. It increases the life of C.P. dyeing machine rolls by 6 times and rolls does not need grinding after 3 months. It is also used in cosmetic industry. Sodium Meta Silicate : Sodium Meta Silicate is of three grades i.e. nanoHyderate (9H2O), Pentahyderate (5H2O) and Anhydrous. It is in powdered form and is packed in 50 Kg H.D.P.E bags with inner. It is used in manufacturing detergent powder where it enhances cleaning action and makes detergent work in hard water. It is also used in paint industry and phosphating chemical industry. Potassium Silicate : We are also manufacturing potassium silicate for welding rod industry and for construction chemical industry. Sodium Hypochlorite/ Bleach Liquid : We also manufacture Sodium hypo chlorite. It is yellow in colour. The chlorite percentage Is from 3 to 15% as per customer requirement. It is used in water disinfection, bleaching Agent textile, Industry, Paper Industry etc. Surface Treatment Chemicals : Manufacturer of all types of metal pre-treatment chemicals for various type of metals like Mild Steels, CRC, HRC, Aluminium Zinc, Galvanized etc. Our Scope Includes:- » Wide range of Degreasing : Based on Alkali / Acidic / Neutral » Derustings : Mixed acid based pure phosphoric with temperature or without temperature. » Activations : Based Acidic / Alkali » Phospahte : Hot / Cold / Ambient with dication or trication properties. » Passivate : Chrome or Chrome free. » Chromotising : Dichromate or Zhirconium based, all types of paints stripper like alkali/acidic/solvents. Different type of anti rust oils, inhibitors and descaling agents. Different type of salts for blackening, blueing and temperings.
