Aim / Vision / Mission ABOUT SMVS'
Serva Manav Vikas Samiti (SMVS), is an NGO dedicated to the rural people of India. SMVS work with the rural poor and downtrodden to create awareness on the importance of literacy, health & environment and help them emerge in to the mainstream better equipped. SMVS promotes universal education among underprivileged children and lay the foundation to compete with their urban cousins. Impart computer training to the rural youth to get them better employment, conducting basic education programs for women and make them socially aware of world around them. We also conduct health awareness campaign, de-addiction programme, family counseling, and many other things that would make their lives so much better. We also have publication in our agenda, and we have chosen the milk industry as the beneficiary of our efforts. Milk production is basically a rural based process, but it has attained national proportions, and involve millions of people through out the country.
