PCB Design Courses

PCB Design Courses

In our offered course, we are conducting PCB Design Courses. In this course we are basically teaching the process to the engineers, technicians and other staff. The course focuses on the latest technology to enhance the knowledge of the trainee

Printed Circuit Board consists of following features.

  • The components are made of one or more layer of insulating material with electrical conductors.
  • The insulator is typically made on the base of fiber reinforced resins, ceramic plastic or some other dielectric materials.
  • The PCB layout techniques require understanding of effects of non-zero trace impedance.
  • There are now up to 32 layers of interconnect possible between any two points on a PCB.
  • The numbers of layers of interconnect means that the surface area on the board can be much reduced and more components fitted onto the smaller area.
  • The type and shape of components being used in the design are also continually reducing and new features are being added.
  • The board design process must itself be adaptable and able to keep up-to-date with these changes.
  • Finally, the level of complexity of PCBs now means that they can only be effectively designed by using computer-based design tools (CAD).
  • We teach all these things in these different types of module.

PCB Design Using Orcad

We are conducting PCB Design Using Orcad. The offered Course mainly teaches the technicians on how to work with Orcad design with layout of printed circuit boards. This course is conducted for both students and practicing engineers who need deep knowledge about the software. This is mainly designed for documentation, simulation and board fabrication.

The training is mainly conducted for two basic reasons:

  • To show that how to design a PCB using Orcad Layout. Capture is used to build the schematic diagram of the circuit, and Layout is used to design the circuit board so that it can be manufactured.
  • The secondary goal is to show how to add PSpice simulation capabilities to the design, and how to develop custom schematic parts, footprints and PSpice models.
