Potato Wafer Plant
Machines involved in making potato wafers:

a) LS-01 : Potato Peeling Machine
To wash and peel the potatoes for making potato wafers

b) LS- 06 : Potato Slicing Machine
To slice the potatoes into thin slices for making potato wafers as per required type and thickness. It is possible to make different types by simply changing the cutting knife of the machine

c) LS-23 : Water De-Hydrator Machine
To reduce the moisture content from the potato slices so that they get easily fried in the frying machine

d) LS-31 : Frying Pan with Burner
To fry the potato slices in hot cooking oil

e) LS-26 : Oil-Extractor Machine
To extract the excess oil from the Potato Wafers before packing

f) LS-41 : Semi-Automatic Seasoning Machine
To add oil and required seasoning to the fried Potato Wafers to give the different flavors to the Potato wafers

g) LX-55 : Automatic Pouch Packing Machine
To pack the Potato Wafers into attractive printed pouches with gas flushing

Banana Wafer Plant
Machines involved in making banana wafers:

a) LS- 07 : Banana Slicing Machine
To slice the bananas into thin slices for making Banana Wafers as per required type and thickness. It is possible to make different styles by simply changing the cutting knife of the machine

b) LS-23 : Water De-Hydrator Machine
To reduce the moisture content from the banana slices so that they get easily fried in the frying machine

c) LS-31 : Frying Pan with Burner
To fry the banana slices in hot cooking oil

Co-Extruded Snacks Plant
Machines involved in making co-extruded centre filled snacks:

a) LS-51 : Flour Mixer
To mix the flour with water & prepare the meal for co-extruded centre filled snacks

b) LS-72 : Double Screw Extruder with Co-Extrusion Die
To cook the meal and extrude the co-extruded centre filled snacks from the die. The co-extrusion die has a provision to extrude the meal into empty pillows in which the filling can be filled with the centre-filling machine

c) LS-81 : Centre Filler
To fill the co-extruded centre filled snacks with the filling mixture. The mixture has to be prepared separately. It can be sweet or savoury

d) LS-86 : Shaping Machine
To give required shape to the pillows and seal them

e) LS-91 : Three Way Drying Machine
To dry the co-extruded centre filled snacks pillows by reducing the moisture content from them

f) LS-47 : Automatic Seasoning Machine
To spray the seasoning on the co-extruded centre-filled snacks to add flavor

To mix corn meal with water to prepare the flour for Kurkure

b) LS- 80 : Rotary Die Extruder
To cook the corn meal and extrude the Kurkure from the die. The rotary die twists and curls the meal before extruding giving a uniform texture

c) LS-33 : Automatic Frying Machine
To fry the Kurkure in hot cooking oil. The uniform frying introduces the crunchy taste to the Kurkure

d) LS-97 : Cooling Conveyor
To cool the fried Kurkure and reduce the temperature before packing

e) LS-47 : Automatic Seasoning System
To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give the different flavors to them

f) LX-55 : Automatic Pouch Packing Machine
To pack the Kurkure into attractive printed pouches with gas flushing
