Quality
Snowtech Equipments Pvt. Ltd. follow all coventional quality methods religiously. Raw materials are received with manufacturer's test certificate & are inspected for visual defect's on 100% basis.Chek test are performed at renowed laboratories to doubly ensure the physical / chemical properties of the material.Material history sheets are prepared for each jobs. In Proces material is subjected to stage inspections. Finished jobs are cheked for final dimensions. Pneumatic / hydro pressure test are carried out.Pressure test report are prepared for every job. We are capable of undertaking jobs with third party inspection. Whenever required by client we prepare quality assurance plan 'QAP' & work according to the approved QAP.

Snowtech Equipments has full equiped Fabrication & machining work shop with different production equipments such as lathes, drilling,plasma cutting, welding, compressor, oven, bending, pressing, grinders,hydro pumps,slotting machines.Various measuring euipments such as micrometers,vernier callipers,dial gauges,dial test indicators, degree protractor,pressure gauge, vacuum gauge etc. We have in house pilot plant systems to generate extensive data useful in selection of process systems & machines.
