1970 Mr. Hanifa Shariff and Mr. Ally Shariff ventured in to Business at Singapore as a small Textile Agents.
1974 First company to start import of yarns in to Singapore from India. The company was pioneer in establishing Indian yarns in to Singapore.
1980 Started operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
1980 - 1986 Expanded in to Imports of Carpets, Fabrics and Fibers from Japan in to Indonesian market.
2000 Established office in Hong Kong.
2001 Established offices in Thailand and Taiwan.
2001 Vietnam operations started from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
