Micro PLC - 12 / 18 / 24 Bi-Directional Ports

We bring you a compact bi-directional port PLC, first of its kind. The most attractive feature of this PLC is every port can be programmed as digital input or digital output. The Basic PLC unit has in all twenty-four such programmable ports. The number of ports can be increased maximum up to 64 with the help of additional expansion modules. The latest Micro controller Technology offers reliability to the performance of the PLC. Due to this bi-directional feature one can really get real flexibility at lower cost.

MICROPOD PLUS can be easily programmed with a hand held programmer. The 49 keys feather-touch keyboard and back lit LCD display make the PLC, a user-friendly tool. "LogicSoft" a PC based ladder diagram development and monitoring software package is also available. In addition to digital inputs-outputs, this PLC also has 8 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. This makes sensing, indication and control of various process variables such as temperature, pressure … etc, an easy possibility. The in-built Real Time Clock makes all these controls possible on real time scale. There is one High Speed Input available in this PLC, which can be used for some critical control for which minimum sensing time is required.

Multi Gauge Modular Inspection System

The MGS-01 is a modular inspection system. The System consists of a Main CPU unit, and Operator Interface Panel. It's modular construction allowsfor system up-gradation and easy maintenance. If all the options areselected total system will look like:
