About Us

Established in the year 1985, we - Softron Control Systems are engaged in designing, manufacturing, supplying and exporting various kinds wire feeding machines. Apart from wire feeding machine, we are also into manufacturing control panel for AC/DC drives. All our products are manufactured at our well integrated unit in Wagle Estate,Thane (w) Mumbai-400606

Our unit comprises of advanced facilities, resultantly we have come up with high quality product. All the activities here are manned by a team of experts. The activities performed by respective professionals are monitored by Mr. Ashok Dusane who is the founder person of the company. He holds degree in mechanical and electrical engineering in VJTI, Mumbai University. Other than him, we are directed by Mrs. Chhaya Dusane who is the chairman and Mr. Nilesh Dusane who is the CEO of the company.

Under their guidance and a support from the other team mates, we have successfully been able to meet with all the demands of the clients.

Product Profile

We are premium manufacturer of wire feeding machines. Apart from wire feeding machine, we are also into manufacturing control panel for AC, DC drives for ladle furnace. Our range includes wire feeding machine for steel melting shop. Single strand wire feeding machine, Two strand wire feeding machine, Four strand wire feeding machine, control panel with PLC Level II automation system for ladle refining furnace.
