The distribution panel will be free standing, floor mounting type, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 14/16 Gauge CRCA sheet steel, 14 Gauges sheet shall be used for load beaming sections such as mounting plate, outer frame work, and doors with metering etc. 16 gauge sheets shall be used for non load bearing such as covers partition, terminal stands gland plates etc.

The control Panel will be complete 3 phase, 4 wire 440V/380V, 50/60Hz AC supply shall be complete AC mains incoming supply cable will have indentifying ferules at both ends and shall be complete with crimped Copper/ Aluminium lugs when connecting to instruments, relay contactors, MCB and other equipments.

Location of control panel in steel plants usually in air-conditioned control room where other automations are aligned.
