Our ductility testing machines conforming to IS 1208 are electrically operated in order to determine the ductility of asphalt, cut bitumen and blown type bitumen. Our machines consist of a bath thermostatically controlled with inlet and outlet taps and is equipped with an electric pump circulator and heater. Designed to test three specimens simultaneously, our machines include carriage moving over a lead screw. Having fixed and movable brackets, these are so positioned so that specimen is submerged in water throughout. Fixed with a clutch arrangement this is made to stop the movement of the movable bracket when rapture of the specimen is noticed. Their electric motor driven reduction gear unit assures smooth constant speed and continuous operation. The rates of pull / travel are 50mm/min and 10 mm/min are provided and are suitable for operation on:

  • 220V
  • 1Ph
  • 50Hz AC Supply.

Confirming to quality standard ASTM-D-1559, our marshall load frame 50 KN capacity is electrically operated. These are offered with platen rate travel 50.8 mm/min and have safety cut out switch and are suitable for operation on 220 V single phases. Offered with proving ring 25KN/30KN capacity (Optional) and are available with calibration certificate in teak wooden carrying case. Following are some of the essentials of our products:

  • Compaction Pedestal.
  • Compaction Mould with collar & base plate.
  • Compaction Hammer 4.5kg and 457mm fall.

Our core cutting machines are designed and developed specifically to take out core sample from Asphalt, concrete & reinforced structure. These machines are fitted with Air - Cooled Grieves Engine and have a capacity of 100mm dia x 200mm depth. Supplied with one Diamond Core Bit 100mm dia & one Core Barrel 200 mm long, our machines have the following essentials:

  • The machine is supplied with water tank for cooling to the drilling bit
  • The core -drilling machine is portable & has towing arrangement
  • Equipped with pneumatic wheels for easy movement.
