Concrete Testing Equipment

We are offering compression testing machine 1000KN having 100 tons capacity (Economy Channel Model). These are hand operated fitted with 15 cm dia load gauge. Our machine is calibrated against NPL/NCCBM certified Proving Ring. These are designed for testing of cement, concrete moulds of various sizes like:

• 15cm x 15cm x cubes
  
• 10cm x 10cm x cubes
  
• 7.06 cm x 7.06 cm cubes
  
• 15cm x 30cm
  

Cylindrical mould and bricks are also be tested by the help of adjustable hand wheel.

Compression Testing Machine 2000 KN having 200 tons capacity (Two Pillar Model) electrically operated fitted with dual display that is:

• Load gauge 0-2000 KN x 10 KN/ Division
  
• Digital Load Indicator 2000 KN x 1 KN/ Division.
  

Our machine is micro switch fitted in load gauge and relay contact in digital load indicator to protect the machine from overloading. Qualitative in nature, our machine are suitable for operation on 440V, 3-phase and AC supply.

Compression Testing Machine (2000 KN, 200 Tones, Fabricated Model)
2000KN (200 Tons) Capacity (Fabricated Model) Electrically Operated fitted with Digital Load Indicator with accuracy of 1KN. The digital load indicator incorporates peak hold facility and relay contact to protect the machine from overloading. The Machine is suitable for operation on 440V, 3-phase, AC supply.

The machine is calibrated against a NPL/NCCBM certified proving ring.

Our laboratory concrete mixer consists of a steel vessel of 55/ 110 litres capacity which is mounted on a frame. This vessel is rotated at 20-22 RPM with the help of a motor and a reduction gearbox and can be titled to any angle by a hand wheel and counter weight. These material testing equipment facilitate mixing and discharge. Blades are provided inside the vessel to mix the material thoroughly.

On being fixed with large hand wheel, it facilitates manual rotation of the drum during power failure. Moreover the drum, hand wheel, and motor, etc, are mounted on a steel frame. The mould is offered with two large wheels for carting away and is provided with ½ HP motor. Further on , these are bets suitable for operation on:

These are mechanical lifting devices used in raising the water tank through the frame height immersing the specimen suspended below the balance. These are also used as a standard weighing device, thus providing a versatile and comprehensive weighing system in the laboratory.
