Basket Dryer

Our vertical basket dryers are hot air drying system known for fast drying of printed bottles. Model SVD -10 dryer attached to SSP-14 automatic screen printing machine work efficiently just after completion of printing process to dry it, is done on bottles. The dryer has two heating zones and one cooling zone to cool the bottles. Our model is better than standard horizontal belt dryer in offering considerable room and energy saving. The vertical basket dryers are supplied with stainless steel baskets preventing printed area touching from the internal surface of the baskets. It dries printed top layer of the bottles quickly so that second color can be printed immediately.
