Owing to domain expertise gained over almost 4 decades since our inception, we manufacture precision engineered and highly efficient flame treatment machines and pre treatment machines. The flame treatment is the process necessary to eliminate static electricity present on the surface of the stock which is to be screen printed. In addition, it also oxidizes the surface for the proper adhesion of colors.

Following is the description of operation of the flame treatment machines, pre treatment machines:

• The operator loads the object on the mandrel manually
• The object to be flame - treated automatically indexes near the burners
• Once the static changes from the object, it is removed the object automatically indexes away from the burners
• The object is automatically unloaded from the mandrel in a suitable bin
• Do not allow any flame treated object to be touched by human hands as it will deposit oil and dirt on the surface and printing will not be proper
• Good screen printing is only achieved if the object is properly flame treated

We specifically design model SSP-2 automatic screen printing machines for 200 liters metal drums. Featured with durability, easy operation, high performance and easy maintenance, the screen printing machines are highly in demand among our clients. Single color printing machine can be linked with the inline system of drum manufacturing process.

We are engaged in fabricating automatic cylinder screen printing machines with automatic loading attachment. The machine is available in market with model SSP-14 which is fully automatic printing machine. Our automatic cylinder screen printing machines are featured with inbuilt registration system which consists of clutch and gear motor for accurate multicolor printing. Bottles after loaded on to the shaft, drop automatically on the indexing conveyor and move for printing. Attached with a flame treatment unit, it is most suitable for continuous production items.
