Outer Container: the outer container is made of steel and is powder coated on the inside outside with protective layer of rust proof material.

Inner container: Made from stainless steel and copper, the inner container is hydraulically tested to withstand a pressure of 6.5 bars. This container is suitable for both hard and soft water. The heater is equipped with pressure-reducing valve at the inlet to safeguard it against any damage in case of an inlet pressure above 6.5 bars.

Thermal Insulation: The thermal insulation in Solray water heater is a resin bonded glass wool pad. This ensures the highest possible level of thermal efficiency and results in 40% saving in energy. The thermal insulation is imported from USA.

Imported Thermostat: The imported double security thermostat helps in controlling the water temperature in the water heater. It is the sensitive bipolar stem type thermostat with a single-phase voltage. The bimetallic safety device has a manual reset and temperature setting of 65ºC & 75ºC for the cut out.

Neon Indicator Lamp: Solary water heaters are fitted with two pilot lamps to indicate thermostat functioning (red) and cut out (amber).

Safety Fuse: the water heater is incorporated with a thermal fuse that ensures extra safety.

Safety accessories: Solray water heaters are incorporated with a superior and sophisticated 4-in-1 multifunctional safety valve. This valve is made from high-grade material and is imported. It serves the following functions:

a) Controls access pressure buildup (higher than 95 PSI) by allowing water to drip from the valve.

b) Acts as an anti vacuum controller

c) Performs the functions of a non return valve.

d) Allows for easy drainage by simply lifting its lever.

We offer an attractive range of electronic water heaters for effective heating.
