We are the specialists in manufacturing of polyurethane wheels, cast PU tyred wheels bonded on cast iron, aluminium, steel cores for heavy and extra heavy duty applications. Wheels are available from 4 inches to 20 inches diameter with customized sizes of PU tread as per requirements.

Urethane Wheels We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of urethane wheels that are bonded on cast iron, aluminium and steel cores for heavy duty applications. These urethane wheels are available as 4 inches to 20 inches diameter as per the industrial requirements. Our range is widely used in various forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, as guide rollers, technical wheels and allied power towed applications.
Following are the composition of our range:- Tread: High grade liquid cast Polyurethane
- Core: C.I, aluminum, steel
- Hardness’s available: 95 Shore A, 60 Shore D and 85 Shore A
Following are the salient features of our range:- Load capacity- 200 kg to 5000 kg per wheel
- 5-10 times the life and 3 times the load capacity as compared to normal condition
- Resistant to most chemicals
- Floor protective
- Quiet in operation
- Excellent shock and vibration damping characteristics

Polyurethane Rollers Solid's premium quality load wheels, polyurethane rollers made from high grade liquid cast polyurethane firmly bonded on the wheel centre, offers resilience, abrasion resistance, high cut resistance and resistance to tearing, floor saving, quiet operation, optimum reliability and high load carrying capacity.
Applications: Pallet trucks, stackers, hoists, forklifts and other power towed applications.
