Barrel Pumps

Our company is known in the industry for supplying barrel pumps which have seal design and are self primming type. These are light in weight and are portable having all components interchangeable. 1150 m.m. for standard 200/250 Ltrs. Barrels & shallow containers
750 m.m. for Carboy & Jerry can application

Capacity: Up to 110 LPM at open Discharge

Up to 120 C for SS-316
Up to 80 C for PP
Up to 240 C for PTFE

Polypropylene Barrel Pump

Our polyproplene with imported Hastalloy -B2 shafts are offered with all wetted parts an outer and inner pipes are made of polyproplene. Their essentials are:

The shafts is made of imported hastalloy – B2(containing 29% molybdenum)
The impeller is made of ETFE(Moulding grade Teflon)

For highly corrosive liquids like Conc., HCl, Dil H2SO4, HF, NaoH, Formic Acid, Electroplating Solution, Photographic developers, Salt Solution, Pesticides Intermediates, Toxi Chemicals.

Stainless Steel Barrel Pump

The range of stainless steel pumps are available with all wetted parts such as pumping chamber, pump base, discharge tee, nozzle, wing nuts and impellers which are made of SS-316 investment castings. Following are some aspects of our product :

The outer & inner pipes are of seamless type made of SS-316
The shaft is made of SS-316 bright bar
The guide sleeve and lip seals are made of Teflon
