Centrifugal Pump in SS-316/SS-316L, Alloy-20, Hastalloy-“B/C” CD4MCU Construction from 2m³/Hr to 150m³/Hr with head up to 80m.
All metallic pumps are design & suitable for solvents & chemicals media.

Centrifugal Pump in PVDF Construction from 2m³/Hr to 200m³/Hr with head up to 60m. All PVDF pumps are used for corrosive chemicals temp. upto 120 deg C.

Stainless Steel: SS-316
  • All wetted parts like Pumping Chamber, Pump Base, Discharge Tee, Nozzle Wing Nut , Impeller are made of SS -316 Investment castings.
  • The Outer & Inner Pipes are Seamless type made of SS-316
    The shaft is made of SS -316 Bright bar.
  • The Guide Sleeve and Lip Seals are made of Teflon.


Polypropylene With Imported Hast alloy – B2 Shaft

  • All wetted Parts, Outer & Inner Pipes are made of Polypropylene.
  • The Shaft is made of Imported Hast alloy – B2. (Containing 29% Molybdenum).
  • The Impeller is made of ETEF (mouldng grade of Teflon)


PTFE (Teflon) with Hastalloly – B2 or SS -316 Shaft

  • All wetted parts are Fabricated from PTFE.
  • Outer & Inner Pipes & Guide Sleeve are made of pure Teflon.
  • The Shaft is made of SS-3169 or Hast alloy – B2.
  • The Impeller is made of ETFE.



Centripetal Pump

Advantages & Features:

  • Low NPSH required.
  • Life lubricating bearing covered from both the ends so minor leakage from side does not affect bearings.
  • Being a low speed (1450 RPM) pump, less Maintenance in needed.
  • Installation is easier since motor required is vertical flange type and is directly coupled to the pump, coupling alignment is simpler.
  • Low overhang shaft arrangement giving minimum deflection at he seal faces.
  • Floating type impeller reduces noise and vibration.
  • Available only with mechanical seal (internal mounted), rotary faces of Carbon and Glass Filled Teflon (GFT) are optional.
  • Seal cooled and flushed by process fluid itself.
  • Minor leakage at suction side does not affect pump performance.
  • Biggest advantage from installation point of view is that since it is an “ in line type pump, it can be fitted as a valve and hence it will not require any suction or delivery piping efforts.
  • High head low capacity pump.
  • Available in S. S -316 Investment Casting and Cast Iron with all wetted parts of S.S – 316
  • Excellent for Handling solvents from barrels and from tank farms to the charging vessels.
  • Seal leakage can easily be detected from window in priming chamber.
  • Pump can take negative lift from 3 to 5 meters.

  • Three piece design, fitted with six metallic studs & nuts which is more safe than plastic union ring construction.

  • Metal inserted stem, handle & stopper ensures long services life.
  • Carbon black resist ultraviolet rays & prevents degradation of polypropylene in sun light exposure.

  • One piece rugged body with cross ribs at flanged ends.
  • Lasted inverted design diaphragm unstressed while valve is in closed position gives more service life.
  • Deep seat allows maximum flow & excellent throttling characteristics.
  • Available with Neoprene, EPDM, Hyplon, Butyl, Teflon coted and pure Teflon diaphragms other standard.
  • Flange drilling can be provided as per B.S table D, E or F, ANSI -150, DIN or any other standard.

  • Slip – in, Wafer-style, compact design, light in weight, easy to install.
  • Elastomer – seated providing bubble tight hut-off.

  • Ratchet lever mechanism permits locking of disc position determined by system requirement.
  • Wetted parts only of PP/PVDF and elastomer compatible with fluid

In Electroplating, it is necessary that certain corrosive chemicals in the electroplating bath are required to be continuously agitated or operated at high current densities. In such cases, solid particles remain suspended rather than settle at the bottom. These suspended particles cause roughness in plating.

In order to remove these suspended particles, continuous filtration of the bath is necessary which is done by Plate Filtration Unit. DiaFlow offers a range of Plate Filtration Systems engineered to provide absolute and economical removal of suspended solid or organic impurities from corrosive chemicals.

DiaFlow make Filter Units are provided with reusable PP Filter Cloth along with Filter Paper. Filter Units are also available with PP Filter Cartridges.
