We offer PTFE pumps with wide range of sealing options and are available in PFA, FEP & PP construction. These pumps are designed to meet ISO 2858 standard dimensions. Following is the construction of our product:

• Volute Casing : Top centrelite self venting volute casing lined
• Backplate : Lined with thick walled PFA
• Mechanical Seal : Available in single or double seal arrangements with wide variety of seal faces
• Bearing Frame : Heavy cast iron construction precision machined for no shaft deflation of more than 0.05 mm contains large oil reservoir
• Ball Bearings : Inboard bearing is pressed on shaft and fee to float axially in frame – carries radial load only. Outboard double row ball bearings shouldered and locked on shaft with lock nut and washer and in berating housing to carry radial and any unbalanced thrust load. All berating fits are precision bored
• Impeller : All impellers are precision moulded, light weight semi open construction with large, contoured flow passages for maximum handling of the liquid
• Sleeve : Shaft sleeve of different material depending on the compatibility of liquid to be handled

Our PTFE (Teflon) with Hastalloy is offered with all wetted parts which are fabricated from PTFE. The respective outer and inner pipes and guide sleeve are made of pure Teflon. The shaft is made up of SS-31E6 or hastalloy -B2 and its impeller is made of ETFE. Suitable for all above liquids.
