Automotive Flanges A flange is an external or internal rib or rim (lip), for strength, as the flange of an iron beam or I-beam (or a T-beam); or for a guide, as the flange of a train wheel; or for attachment to another object, as the flange on the end of a pipe, steam cylinder, etc, or on the lens mount of a camera. Thus a flanged rail is a rail with a flange on one side to keep wheels, etc., from running off. The term "flange" is also used for a kind of tool used to form flanges. Flanges are made in international Standards like AWWA, DIN, BS, JIS & CZECH.
Types of Flanges :
Slip-On Flanges
Our quality slip-on flanges are ideal for lower pressure applications. Their ease of fitting and welding reduces fabrication costs. Our professional engineering team is involved in innovating durable and high-quality products to cater to our clients' needs.
Lap Joint Flanges
The main advantage of this type of flange is that the bolt holes can be aligned with the matching flange after the welds have been completed.
Blind Flanges
We supply high quality blind flanges that can be used to blank off the ends of pipe, valves and pressure vessel openings.
Raised-Face Flanges
Competitively priced, our raised-face flanges are known for their efficiency and quality. Our raised- face flanges are customized as per our clients' specifications to cater to their needs and wants.
