Since its inception in the year 1982, Somesh Forge Pvt. Ltd., has strived to offer the clients, with a range of industrial components that are of the highest order. With 26 years of experience behind us, we have been able to satisfy the needs of various industries such as automotive, propeller shafts, forged yokes, die cast hubs, die cast levers, defense and heavy engineering. Some of our renowned clients include, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Mahindra Sona Ltd., XLO India Ltd., Chennai Surfine Tools, Mahabal Auto Ancillaries Pvt. Ltd., Atlas Copco (India) Ltd. and Hindustan Hardy Spicer Ltd. We have a unit that is equipped with the most TOOL ROOM facilities available today. All our processes are conducted ISO-9001 norms, and we maintain all the required standards, documentation, norms and methods. Presently our production capacity stands at 300,000 pieces a month and 2400 tons annually. Our future plans include the induction of a continuous type normalizing furnace and we also hope to set up a fully functional laboratory with specialized microscopes. Mr. P.B. Guraddi, a mechanical engineer with work experience from companies such as Bharat Forge, and BCL Forgings Ltd., along with Mr. Sunil Halakatti, set up the company with the sole aim of satisfying the requirements of the clients. Product Profile
We are nationally renowned manufacturers and suppliers of an extensive range of crosses for universal joint kits for cars and LCVs, crosses for propeller Shafts for LCVs and HCVs, yokes for universal joint kits, hubs for clutch assembly, forgings components, die forgings components, automotive forgings components, levers, tee and elbow and components as per customer drawings. We can also manufacture forgings of nonferrous metal like copper and brass. These have found application in numerous engineering, industrial and automobile units. The entire range of components is known for quality, durability, tensile strength, superior finish, dimensional accuracy, resistance to corrosion, abrasion and cost effectiveness. We utilize high grade raw material, which includes carbon and alloy steel and non ferrous metal to manufacture all our components.
