The services which we provide are sourcing, Buying arranging, meeting with manufacturers, suppliers, co-coordinating from sampling, production to dispatch, quality assurance in production, consolidating shipments etc. Our System of quality assurance is based on an ISO 9001-2000. The main objective of our Company is to reduce your risk by keeping the following issues on our agenda of work:- •To introduce manufacturers who are capable of manufacturing as per your requirements. •To check production capacities and quality capabilities of Companies •To ensure that the quality is built into the product and manufacturing processes. •To check the correct material and components that are used for production. •To check quality from start to end of production. •To check conformity as per samples and order during production. •To inspect quality, quantity, packing prior to shipment. •To witness loading of inspected consignment.

Services We Provide 1. Product Designing and Development
Something Else provides in-house design services, whether it is designing a complete story line or introducing changes on an existing product, we can design articles in a particular medium or in combination of various mediums such as glass / metal, stone / metal / glass etc.
2. Vendor Identification and Production Centers
As per our requirement, we identify suitable suppliers / vendors to service the needs of a Principal depending on the merchandise category. In particular cases, we also evaluate suppliers for being compliant on employment, environment and working conditions as per compliance guideline of our Principal. Every factory is evaluated and approved before start of any merchandising activity
3.Product (Sample) Development Services
As per our principal’s requirement, we identify supplier who fit the best for a particular development given by our clients and ensures that the development is successfully completed. We organise buyer and supplier meetings to create a better understanding and clear view of product development. We also sources new range of products which match to the taste of our clients and make them understand the product which may match to their concept.
4.Sampling, Packaging & Costing
We assist in developing our Buyer’s specific samples & packaging. Once the aesthetics of products and packaging are achieved, the cost factor of some samples developed is also looked into to achieve the targeted cost. To meet the targeted cost, we work on various aspects such asMedium,mechanism,production process packaging etc to arrive at the desired Price level.
5.Purchase Order Control and Processing
Each and every purchase order placed is tracked & monitored by way of special software developed by our company and is regularly communicated to the concerned Buyer.
6.Production Planning and Monitoring
Once the sample and packaging is approved and the quantities ordered with the factory, the concerned Merchandiser invites the Production Plan from the Vendor to co-ordinate with the delivery schedule of the Buyer. The production is monitored from raw material procurement to various stages of production till finishing and packaging. While production we conduct on-line, mid-line inspections.
7.Quality Control
We are a company where quality has always been the priority and we have never ompromised on it.This attitude has enabled us to achieve a high level of customer appreciation that creates goodwill for us in the market.We have a passion to understand the client's requirements and deliver goods accordingly. Anything demanded by our client becomes our responsibility to deliver that particular thing exactly the way it is demanded.We have alliances with all the manufacturers who are known to deliver quality goods and have a name for doing so at the time of order placement at the factory,the merchandiser and the Q.C work out a quality guideline of the ordered item for the following aspects.
Product Specifications-Packaging-Labelling-Marking We follow the AQL system for quality control & Inspection unless the Q.C system is Buyer specified.Inspections are conducted at three stages.
I.On–line:At the time of production to monitor size,weight&construction
II. Mid-line: At the time of finishing to check the finish & aesthetics.
III. Final inspection: Final packed merchandise to check the packaging, finish & aesthetics, Labeling & marking.
8. Logistics – Consolidation, shipping & documentation
We monitor shipment from vendors and assist in consolidating various PO's / shipment volumes for expeditions shipping and reduced freight cost. We also negotiate with various shipping lines for freight rates & services.
